The golem stands on four feet with numbers.
Two numbers next to each other add up to the number above them.
Work upward from the feet past the knees to the hips.
Example: the feet 11, 12, 13 and 14.
11 + 12 = 23 and 13 + 14 = 27, those are the knees.
23 + 27 = 50, that is the hip.
The numbers filled in show the solution.

What does this exercise practice?
As with the number wall, the child practices structured adding, here up to 100.
Common pitfalls
Always start at the bottom. Whoever starts at the top cannot work out the lower numbers.
How to practice at home
Draw your own number pyramid with four feet and fill it in together from the bottom up.
